DESCRIPTION:

Heard Creative, a design agency and gallery based in Clapham Common, commissioned me to design an installation for its windows, ready for its first Christmas exhibition.

DETAIL:

Rather than leaving observation down to chance, motion detectors were placed under every purple box to trigger a light inside that displayed the Christmas tune (Fa- La- La-La-La- La-La- La-La-) through CNC MDF.

The boxes were used as surfaces to display products for sale whilst the LED text drew attention for the pedestrian walking by.

The narrow space was used to my advantage as supporting pillars gave the whole structure a sense of consistency across the five meters of glass.
